It will do for breakfast at the hotel, but no more.
I stayed at the hotel for a little over a week and managed to go to this restaurant several times. There are almost no complaints about breakfast, there is a lot of varied food. Except that I can note that they are not very friendly with pastries here, they are all overexposed.
But if you don't go to breakfast, but just visit a restaurant and order from the menu, questions begin. First, the speed. Carrying the juice for 15 minutes is a very long time. Secondly, the order of submission is not respected. If I order a cold snack and a hot one, I expect that a cold snack will be brought to me first. Hot dishes are brought in 30 minutes, cold snacks even later. It doesn't really fit with the workload. Each visit was occupied by a maximum of 3-4 tables. I wouldn't find fault with the speed if there was a full landing, but there isn't one.
There are also complaints about the quality of the food. The chicken is dry, and so are the beef cheeks. The mussels were not served with a separate plate where they could be folded. Vegetable stew with olives was added to the chicken, which is impossible to eat.
Most of the dishes are simply tasteless. Something dry, something overexposed, everywhere they like to add more olives. In half of the cases, the waiters are not very competent in helping with the selection of dishes.
When ordering meals in the room, according to the same menu, the situation does not change, 90% is simply tasteless. I was unpleasantly disappointed with the pancakes, which were quite tasty at breakfast in the same restaurant, but turned out to be inedible with a separate order.
In addition to breakfast, the establishment also has the option of citylanches. An amazing attraction, it costs 1200 rubles per person and should work every day from 12:00 to 15:00. The same buffet as for breakfast. In 10 days of rest, we managed to get there only twice. Once it did not work without explanation, the second time it was closed due to an event, then apparently because of a lunar eclipse. The dishes are also very mediocre, dry, bland and not particularly tasty.
Unfortunately, there are almost no other alternatives in the area and sometimes you have to come here. But the experience is extremely unpleasant

From 12 to 15 o'clock, you can order only a business lunch from the Swedish line for 40 BEL. RUB (this is a little more than 1200₽ Russian)...and he's terrible!
Cucumbers and tomatoes are not the first freshness, cabbage salad with carrots and pancakes left over from breakfast; one type of soup is tomato; for hot: pilaf with beef (meat is rubber, rice is over-dried), fish meatballs (over-salted), mashed potatoes; coffee from the machine.
I've never eaten so badly in a hotel that calls itself a four-star hotel. And hopefully for the only time in my life.
By the way, breakfast for hotel guests is also strange. Yesterday was Easter and there were not even boiled eggs, and those that we asked to cook were brought with a broken shell during cooking.
