From 12 to 15 o'clock, you can order only a business lunch from the Swedish line for 40 BEL. RUB (this is a little more than 1200₽ Russian)...and he's terrible!
Cucumbers and tomatoes are not the first freshness, cabbage salad with carrots and pancakes left over from breakfast; one type of soup is tomato; for hot: pilaf with beef (meat is rubber, rice is over-dried), fish meatballs (over-salted), mashed potatoes; coffee from the machine.
I've never eaten so badly in a hotel that calls itself a four-star hotel. And hopefully for the only time in my life.
By the way, breakfast for hotel guests is also strange. Yesterday was Easter and there were not even boiled eggs, and those that we asked to cook were brought with a broken shell during cooking.

Well, it's sad
It's sad when you come to an expensive place and get tasteless food and poor-quality service
The dishes are tasteless, the pancakes are overexposed, the rice in the risotto is overcooked.
There is no attention to guests, appliances, and timely removal of drinks.
The waiters do not know what is on the stop list and what the composition of the dishes is. The laughter of the hostess girls can be heard from the hall.
