Тц чистый, узкие коридоры Много что есть Сцены выше средних Но приезжим студентам будет норм на первое время, а потом будут находить, что-то лучше, чем те услуги. Которые там есть Есть также ±дешевый магазин с канстовароми и не только, если проходить через вуз в это тц , то он один из первых, всем советую
