Облагороженная, ухоженная площадь "Мустакиллик", с красивыми фонтанами, одна из достопримечательностей, которую приезжают смотреть иностранные туристы, а также гости столицы с регионов. Зеленая аллея с газонами, где любят устраивать пикники региональные гости столицы.

Мне , как велосепедисту , было интересно посетить площадь , но приехав я немного разочаровался , т.к. площадь на фото казалась больше. Может я не прав , но лично для себя я не нашел чего-то больше , чем посмотреть на фонтаны и посидеть на теплом граните.

Каждому, кто приезжает в Ташкент, нужно обязательно побывать здесь. Для меня стало открытием, почему на арке-аисты. Шестнадцать колонн, выполненных из белого мрамора, с капителями соединяются друг с другом изящным металлическим перекрытием, которое на солнце отливает серебром. Венчают колоннаду фигуры аистов, издавна символизирующих мир и спокойствие в стране. Не забудьте загадать желание, проходя под аркой! Пусть исполнятся самые светлые Ваши мечты!
