The arc de Triomphe is quite large, you can take the elevator inside + walk up the stairs a little bit, wonderful views of the city open from above, the whole playground is in artificial turf, there are places where you can hide from the rain. There is also an area inside where we were shown a film about the creation of this arch, as well as a souvenir shop and a bar.
