Pros: very close to the airport, the staff is great, the atmosphere and concept of the hotel, courtyard, shops, restaurants nearby.
Cons: there is no drinking water in the room, I had to pay a tourist tax at the hotel, there was no cleaning in the room for 3 nights, there was a steady concert every morning at 6-00 from local parrots.
I was on a business trip to Tashkent for 3 days, an excellent option for my tasks. It is also suitable for transfer passengers to spend the night.

Good evening. We had a rest with colleagues. I liked the hotel. All the guys at the reception are very polite and helpful. Clean, quiet, cozy hotel. The breakfasts are very tasty, different every day. When the young man Muhammad from the reception was about to leave, he helped to call cars to the border from his phone, because Yandex taxi did not want to take an order for a long distance. We were happy with the hotel. I recommend.

There are several tasks that need to be solved.
At the entrance to the hotel at the reception, the smell of food, it reminded me of a school cafeteria, for a couple of minutes of registration, this,,fragrance,, managed to soak into my hair and of course on my clothes. The room was absolutely not ready for the guests to move in, it was very cold..
and of course the most unpleasant thing is the terrible smell from the bathroom, which forced us to leave the hotel two hours later.The hotel does not match the stated price in any way.

We got into this hotel by chance, when we failed to check into a nearby hotel. Initially, we did not expect much, we needed to spend the night somewhere.
Everything turned out to be very comfortable, the room is spacious, a comfortable bed, soft pillows, a very sincere courtyard with a cot and a chair, there are tables where you can eat.
Breakfast, I will not say that there is a large selection, but it is very tasty, especially samsa and cheese pie. We didn't stay hungry.
I would like to mention the service at the hotel, very caring and hospitable. It is clear that they are trying and are glad to have guests. It was emotional
The only thing is, we didn't understand what happened to the toilet seat, it just isn't there.

The Administration can and will help arrange different meals. And one thing pleases me that they don't let me in without a registry office. Just who officially has them without a problem.
