I ordered the gates about a couple of years ago, they came out at almost 900,000. I put them in a NON-working garage, they were opened 30 times maximum during the summer, sealed in winter. The other day, the cables got mixed up somehow, which led to a difficult opening of the gate, I called their service and then they came in, looked at the silicone wheels, sprayed them, adjusted the cables indiscriminately by hand, then asked to check if they liked how it opened (it started to open well) BUT the key thing here was that, in principle, it would be a little easier to turn the springs ("there's half a turn and that's it," as they said), I climbed up in 3 minutes and turned it up and it was + 10 thousand to the cost, as a result, they billed 32 thousand for 10 minutes of work, 5 of which were standing and watching. It's a rip-off!
