This location has the largest number of eucalyptus trees, so you will be constantly dizzy with the unique fragrance. The distance to the sea is a three-minute walk, while immediately after the hotel the ascent begins. In novaya Gagra, the distance from the sea to the mountains is much greater, which increases the building and population density, respectively, and people swimming on the beach. The beach here is sparsely populated, even in peak season, and the sea is clear. You don't have to worry about nutrition, every day a variety of buffet dishes will definitely not let you lose weight. Even if this hotel were a thatched bungalow, I would give it five stars just for the cuisine (special respect to chef Inessa!). There was a small garden of eden at the entrance to the hotel, and every evening we gathered downstairs to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the sound of cicadas. The staff is as polite and prompt as possible. Cleaning every day. Linen and towels are always fresh, and all this is done unnoticeably, you return to the hotel, and everything is perfectly clean. There are small moments of repair fatigue (loose corners at the skirting boards, which are always knocked down everywhere, etc. minor trifles), but every year repairs are not done anywhere. It takes five minutes by taxi to get anywhere in the city from here. You can walk to the old part of the city for the beauty of it in 25 minutes. If you're in Abkhazia to get high, then this is it! We had a family of 4 people in the second building of the hotel from August 4 to August 12, 2025. I rarely write reviews, but I can't resist)))) excellent room, daily cleaning, change of towels every two days, bed linen every four. It's clean, cozy, and has everything you need to relax. The second building has a small kitchen, all the necessary utensils and a gazebo in which it is comfortable to spend evenings. The food at the hotel is varied and delicious. Everyone will find something they like. I would especially like to thank Inessa for her hospitality and caring for the guests. I definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay

That is, in general, the convenient location, delicious breakfast, sea view from the balcony, spacious room. It can be recommended. But it clearly requires a little renovation and a little more thought in the details to make it even more comfortable.
