Faced with a complete lack of responsibility and feedback. Problems don't get solved for weeks, and employees don't take any initiative. It feels like the customer is just a number for them. I do not recommend contacting this bank if you value your time and nerves. It is highly not recommended to take out a mortgage with the help of this bank.
