It's a disgusting office. If you take a coupon for working with an account (or servicing plastic cards), then you will not succeed. In an hour and a half, 0 people were called, although the staff say that everything is working. I waited in line for 1 hour and 40 minutes, and a girl came without a receipt, she was met on someone's instructions. There is almost no place to sit. There are a couple of places, but they are always occupied.

I like this department. Responsive and humane staff. When there are a lot of people, the fairy girl Narine appears, helping people not to wait for their turn. Yes, the wait is long, but like everywhere else here in Yerevan, the department does not stand out for this. Yes, it is stuffy and there is no understanding where you are in the queue - the number appears on the scoreboard only when it is called. If you could see on the screen how many more people are before you and whether you missed the queue, you could go to the nearest store or cafe while waiting. But the department works late, probably the only one in Ardshin, and even on Saturdays. It's a big bonus for me.
