Convenient branch, open until 22, which is very rare — other branches are open at best until 18. In the evening it is absolutely empty, you can do your business without a queue.

I went to buy currency, asked the employee about it in the window. The employee got up from her chair and started calling someone. She walked behind the counter for 2 minutes, talking on the phone, and casually threw me: "wait." Then she came back and said, "If you are not a customer of our bank, we will not sell you the currency."

Starting with the schedule at the door with work on weekends (it has not been working on weekends for a long time), the lack of a monitor to call the queue, employees who did not see for an hour that they were waiting for the card to be issued while doing nothing look at the monitor.
