I contacted Ardshinbank from Canada. I have to say everyone I interacted with at the bank was genuinely helpful. But Ms Hripsime Petrosyan took it to another level. She patiently walked me through every step with high professionalism level until throughout the process. She made herself available day and night to assist me with any questions I have. I duplicate: Ardshibank issued the card to my colleague for free, but refused to issue the card to me with the same set of documents for free. It turns out that employees either do not know the rules of work, or the rules vary from client to client. I would like to wish the bank to work with customers, because the regulations should be the SAME for one category of citizens, and not SELECTIVE
