The man working their got angry at my mom because she didnt understand some technical info. Want a tip? Just don't get served by an Armenian men, they all are rude and angry, just ask a female worker to receive polite client service.

A terrible bank. Not being a client, I came to get an extract by proxy. Before that, 2 other banks had issued it without any problems. Then they began to demand absolutely unnecessary information - about my accounts in other banks, sources of income, etc., ostensibly to confirm the power of attorney. I don't know if it was an invention of the staff not to carry out the operation, or if that's how the processes really work, but in any case, it's darkness.

A very bad bank, I do not recommend it! The only good thing is the staff, the rest of the banking system is disgusting! There is no online at all, information is constantly lost, you have to go to the office. I've been calling the hotline for over an hour (they're dropping the tubes). I've never seen anything like this anywhere!!!! Every time something needs to be done in terms of documents, you pray that the bank does not participate in this process. If you're unlucky, write it down.

Pros: polite staff, Cons: Disgusting service. Wild queues. The work of all employees and processes in the bank is very slow. 1. To get a pre-ordered card that was in the office, I had to stand in line for 2 hours and argue with the Manager to speed up the process somehow. Moreover, it was written on the ticket "11 people in front of you", but during these 2 hours 40-50 people were served, and my ticket did not appear on the scoreboard. The card issuance itself lasted 2 minutes. 2. It is impossible to reach the hotline at the numbers listed on the website. The bank's multi-channel phone immediately resets the call due to employment! And if you manage to get through and select the desired menu item through the bot, then there is absolutely no guarantee that you will wait for the operator, because after 10 minutes of waiting, the call is simply reset, and then everything is over again. In total, it took more than an hour to get through to the bank. It's terrible, just disgusting.

Disgusting! They just skip the numbers on the screen, don't call, and then pretend that nothing happened. I tried to get a transfer from Mani gram, the girl didn't care about me, she was deliberately stalling, she didn't explain anything. I spent more than an hour in the bank, even though I had been depositing for a maximum of 20 minutes. I will never go to this branch to resolve any issues again. I am outraged by the omission of the number They show the number on the screen for a split second and immediately skip it, they don't announce it again. This can be done with five queue numbers in 10 seconds. It's just a disgusting attitude.
