The staff is incredibly empathetic, they are always ready to help and solve any issue. I have been serving in this branch and bank for 3 years now, in other branches the atmosphere and immersion in problems or business processes are much worse, they always helped me here and promptly)) I rarely write reviews, but this is really the branch and the people who help and are both good people and great professionals. 🥰
