We reserved a vip hall for playing pool to celebrate my birthday one month in advance, but when we came there, all the normal tables were occupied and the hall that we reserved was occupied as well. When we asked for our reservation, the worker said that no evidence of our reservation was found and offered a wrecked pool table, with bad lighting, old balls, and in close proximity to the bowling area, so the noise was intolerable. We asked for the manager a few times, and the workers said that he will come in a moment, eventually he never showed. Basically, my birthday was ruined!!

My husband and I went bowling and billiards weekly in the fall. One of the shortcomings was that the equipment on the tracks periodically malfunctioned, and waiting for help from the staff each time took up to 5 minutes (it's good that the second time we started adding these five minutes). Paying close attention to his bottle of tap water was embarrassing, but understandable.
Today we went bowling with the expectation of a weekday rate (there are no long New Year holidays in Armenia, the weekend is 31-2 and 6). The track was malfunctioning 7 times and required a reboot, as a result, they added time to us and transferred us to the next one (fortunately it was there).
After the time expired, they came to pay, and we were billed 12,000 drams per hour. To our question and misunderstanding (the weekday tariff is 6000), the employee replied that they have a weekend tariff until January 15th and this is written on the website. When we arrived, there was no information about this at the counter, and they didn't tell us about it before the game started either. However, they don't have a website either - there is Instagram, where there is no information on this subject, and FB, where we are not registered.
We paid because we do not operate under the local consumer protection law, but the guys lost about 30k drams a month in our face of regular customers. For 6k of questionable cash on holidays.
A good example of what monopoly does to people. Don't do that.
P.S. I even forgot to write about the open smoking of employees right in the room - how much does the brain displace it)

We came to play table tennis. The room is small, the table is mediocre, it is very stuffy and hot. So an hour later, a man came to our room and said that "you can't have your drinks", despite the fact that I had tap water in a bottle (!). Plain water is a necessity when doing sports, and it is freely available in all establishments that respect themselves and guests. I wonder how the staff would react if the heat and stuffiness in the room caused a visitor to have a heatstroke. They communicated without insults, but in a peremptory tone. I do not advise anyone to visit this place.

Regular water costs 500 drams, and beer, instead of store-bought 400 drams, costs the WHOLE 2000 DRAMS! if you want to spend an evening there and relax with the company, then know that instead of relaxing, you will only reduce your pocket several times, and you will not even get a rest because of the terrible service. The food there is generally terrible, they cook like homeless people from the street. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

I ordered a cocktail, 30 minutes pass, something is brought, it turns out that it's lemonade, I went to figure it out, explained for a long time that I needed a cocktail, they understood me, then my friend went and made the same order, and guess what? They bring him lemonade too! Cocktail h waited in the end 1.5 hours approximately, maybe 1h 20m. Here we have to leave in 10 minutes, and they bring me a cocktail with a hard cap, I'll have to drink it in one gulp.
