One of our favorite cafes, we regularly try to visit when visiting Vitebsk, one of the establishments of this chain. I think the best pizza in our country is not prepared anywhere except the Arena. For many years I have been a fan of pizza "Venice" in their performance. And I recommend everyone to try it. Also, delicious desserts, sushi and the entire menu are 100% worthy of attention. Nice interior, cozy, despite years of use, furniture and equipment are very high quality and withstand daily operation.

The establishment was disappointing. Disgusting service, not friendly waiters. Not only were the tables cleaned mediocre, but the waiter shook the garbage off the table right at me. The place is dirty: a thick layer of dust on the windowsills and debris under the tables. The waiting time for the dishes is longer than the waiters say. The rolls were brought as if chopped with a saber, all of different sizes, not neatly. It's a pity that you can't put 0 stars...

It's a good place. A cozy and heated veranda. Comfortable sofas with a blanket - when you get tired, you can dream. We booked a table for 7 people in 2 weeks. Everything was ready by the time (pizzas, pans, etc.) and served warm. Thanks to the staff of the institution!
