One of our favorite cafes, we regularly try to visit when visiting Vitebsk, one of the establishments of this chain. I think the best pizza in our country is not prepared anywhere except the Arena. For many years I have been a fan of pizza "Venice" in their performance. And I recommend everyone to try it. Also, delicious desserts, sushi and the entire menu are 100% worthy of attention. Nice interior, cozy, despite years of use, furniture and equipment are very high quality and withstand daily operation.

Был здесь впервые. Уютная обстановка, вежливый персонал. Очень понравилась вкусно приготовленная еда. Много позиций в меню, можно выбрать подходящее для ваших вкусовые предпочтений блюдо. Мне же к сожалению немного не повезло, не все было в наличии из того, что хотелось заказать, но это нисколько не помешало насладиться вкусной едой, ещё раз повторю меню позволяет, но больше удивило не то, что по словам официанта закончились несколько блюд из тех которые хотел заказать, а то, что хлеба тоже уже нет, закончился...

After 20 minutes, the French fries were taken out, after waiting another 5 minutes, I went to find out when the rest of the order would be, to which I received this answer with the favor "well, I can bring dessert, but the rest is not".Despite the fact that the dessert fridge was right in front of us.After waiting for another 20 minutes for some reason, we listened to a lot of complaints about the staff and the time of serving dishes, which they snapped at.After asking us to calculate, the waiter wanted to calculate in full until I reminded her and she "remembered" that we received potatoes and dessert from the entire order, and then almost begging. The waiters apparently didn't see the problem, but the evening was completely ruined. From all this, it follows that the family cafe has turned into some kind of eatery where you can be rudely answered and then discuss the client with a colleague (yes, everything was visible and very clearly audible through the mirrored wall).If you don't know how to work, don't take someone's place.

We visited this institution on Friday, it was not the first time.
We ordered pizza, mulled wine, tea, beer, potatoes. To say that I liked it, so only French fries.
Bottled beer has no questions.
Pizza took the Sea, we used to like it, before... This time, everything is filled with a sauce resembling ketchup... There is no taste at all, ketchup has interrupted everything.
Tea with berries, we love this type, was often taken in this network, but on Lenin, here it is like pizza without taste at all, warm colored water, but warm....
And mulled wine, I immediately felt the tart pleasant taste of cinnamon, cloves inherent in this drink, and then solid sugar.
Lots of sugar. I haven't eaten that much in half a year in total.
The service is good, there are no questions. The landing is complete.
But, unfortunately, there is no more desire to visit this activity.

Бронировали столик на двоих 23.12.22
Взяли ребра гриль, салат пикантный, драники, ассорти из свежих овощей, глинтвейн.
Время ожидания составило 35 минут.
Персонал приветливый.
На веранде чисто и уютно, а вот внутри самого кафе - а-ляя Советская столовая.
В принципе из еды понравилось всё за исключением основного блюда - ребра гриль. И это очень расстроило. Ребра были очень засушены и сильно переперченные, что очень разочарованно.
К кафе с таким названием, я считаю мясо должно быть идеальным.
Цены не оправдано завышены.

The establishment was disappointing. Disgusting service, not friendly waiters. Not only were the tables cleaned mediocre, but the waiter shook the garbage off the table right at me. The place is dirty: a thick layer of dust on the windowsills and debris under the tables. The waiting time for the dishes is longer than the waiters say. The rolls were brought as if chopped with a saber, all of different sizes, not neatly. It's a pity that you can't put 0 stars...

I ordered steaks, grilled vegetables, shish kebab and small things for my birthday. They told me to pick up the pickup in an hour - since everything will be fresh and hot, in fact, after an hour the food was not ready, I waited another 10 minutes, in general it's okay. I arrived home in 2-3 minutes and unpacked the food - half was completely cold. The barbecue was warm, the vegetables were hot and the steaks were cold and dry. Very much spoiled the festive mood.

Заказывал раньше на дом у них постоянно, не знаю откуда сейчас едет она, но арена уже нета. Стала пицца не вкусная!!! Какое-то другое тесто!!! Цены стали дорогими! На доставку заказ сделать свыше 20 рублей. Первый раз заказал одну пиццу и пришлось ерунды всякой набирать, чтоб привезли, добавил картошку фри и о ужас за 4.30р я получил не картофель фри, а дер.мо которое видимо просто подогрели,лежало будто на складе полгода! В Санте пицца стоит в 2 раза дешевле и намного лучше чем у вас!!!. Проще у Санты заказать, оплатить такси и дешевле выйдет!!! Зря потраченные деньги. Я поставил точку на арене, вам большое спасибо!
Это не еда!!!

Заходили вечерком по ужинать. Места практически не было, повезло со стол иком. Заказали быстро, колбаски, гарнир, салатики, сыну морс, себе налив очки. Очень прилично покушали, без пафоса, но на твёрдую четвёрку. Персонал приветливый, чистенько. Кроме налив очки подают пиво, тоже вполне себе! Короче, если надо просто покушать, и даже не много выпить, то однозначно рекомендация!!

Арена пицца уже не та что раньше, однако и сейчас приемлемо.
Пицца: осно ва хрустит как печенька, а начинка вкусная.
Персонал вежливый, приборы чистые.

Хорошее место для дружеских посиделок. Разнообразное меню. Есть пиццы, суши, закуски, супы, салаты, вкуснейшие сковородки, мачанки, пасты, шашлык. Выбор очень большой. Напитки алкогольные и безалкогольные, коктейли, вино. 2 зала, очень уютный зал на веранде, одно удовольствие проводить там время в хорошей компании. Замечательный и знающий своё дело персонал, никаких проблем никогда не возникало.

Вы должны заказать из взрослого.

Выпить пиво вечером со спутницей вполне нормальное место
Чай фруктовый рекомендую в чайнике если без алкоголя

Пиццы очень вкусные.Девушка официантка была просто чудо.Обслуживала и обращалась очень дружелюбно и было приятно.Когда нет претензий, всегда оставляю на чай.В данном случае девушка-официантка их заслужила на 100%.
Сразу скажу,что в арена-гриль за столько лет была уже много раз.Раньше жила в том же доме.Случаи бывали разные,и обслуживание разное,персонал меняется ооочень часто.Пицца всегда впринципе вкусная,правда,иногда чуть лучше,иногда чуть хуже.Картошка фри в приправах очень вкусная.Но иногда она мягкая и не хрустит.Бывало масло не стекло и картофан был очень жирным,плавал в масле.Но в целом очень люблю арену.
Сейчас живу в России и там такой вкусной пиццы нет.Как приезжаю,обязательно хожу в арену.Любимая пицца это фирменная ( Арена).

Были 2 раза и вернёмся туда снова)
Всё вкусно, вежливый персонал, ждать только долго и блюда приносят видимо по готовности. Сначала ребёнку принесли картошку фри, а потом суп.... какой там уже суп, после фри)))

Хорошее кафе, много местных. Вечером была 70% посадка, н о официант подошла сразу, заказ сделали быстро. Вкусная пицца и десерты. Атмосфера и интерьер скорее как в пиццерии.
