A gorgeous place! This is not the first time we have visited this institution. The VIP room is perfect for a corporate party. The range of dishes is decent. The staff is polite and attentive. Cultural holidays are guaranteed!

The place itself is not bad - good interior, clean, air conditioners are working, the sound is wow!
The karaoke card file is also large. But if you want to go to karaoke and sing, then come at 9 and start right away, don't wait for anyone. This was our mistake with our friends, because then, as the place became more and more crowded, the club became more and more, and disco tracks appeared between karaoke. As a result, after three hours, the karaoke club turns into just a club, and you wait for your turn for at least an hour.
If we go next time, then only to a separate VIP room. But nowhere is it indicated how much it costs.

We celebrated our birthday in the VIP hall of the Arena Hall with a company of 20 people. We liked all the dishes, good service, we sang and danced our karaoke in the hall until 5 a.m., you can dance in the main hall, but there is a lot of smoke from smokers. The VIP room had air conditioning, a cozy atmosphere, good, stylish furniture! All the guests liked it very much! One disadvantage is that you need to book a gym 3 months in advance! I wish there were more such establishments!

It's not a bad kitchen, although, for me personally, it just raises questions, but still it's more OK than not. The service is often good, with rare exceptions. Prices are above average and it is not always clear why, but there are not so many special alternatives, so you can make a discount on them.

Excellent establishment, excellent service. Karaoke is super! Alcohol prices were also pleased. We were in VIPKA, noted DR, but the presenter periodically came in invited to the common room, the local photographer also came in to take pictures. The waiters came at the push of a button. Неожиданно вкусная еда для караоке, понравились все блюда (закуски,горячее,салат) было вкусно. Отличный персонал, официанты молодцы. К сожалению петь до 21 нельзя, даже если зал пустой. Когда все уже действительно хочется петь со всей силы - зал заполнен и очередь на микрофон около часа++. Заведение понравилось, но это скорее дискотека, чем караоке.

Атмосфера хорошая, кухня вкусная, в вип зале вообще здорово, очень понравилось. Но есть одно огромное "НО", бармен Владимир, конечно, сомнительный. После того, как я попробовал коктейль виски/кола и понял, что там не тот виски, что заявлен, вместо обычного вискаря какая-то *** со вкусом глилых яблок, попросил его налить мне ещё один коктейль, но с запечатанной бутылки, открыть её при мне, на что он отказался и сказал, что я ничего не понимаю. Почему боялся он это сделать, если прав? Выводы делайте сами)
Если бы не этот инцидент, оценка была выше, но увы. Бар - это лицо ночного заведения, и даже ложка дёгтя может испортить бочку мёда.

Отмечали юбилей подружки)) у нас был заказан VIP-стол) обслуживание на уровне)) звук просто бомба))) Один нюанс, нужно бы пересмотреть политику внеочередных песен, и хотя бы перед очередью VIP-стола не пускать внеочередников, т.к., приходится ждать по 3-4 песни (внеочередных) подряд. Да и вообще в процессе так сказать очереди, не пускать более 1-ой внеочередной песни подряд.

Отличное место, для желающих попеть, удобные диваны, быстрые приветливые официанты. Петь не умею, слушаю других и подпеваю))). Еда вкусная, но без души. Нет изюминки)). Караоке отличный звук. Не нравится курение в зале. Сидишь как в кумаре. Это для меня большой минус. А так вполне неплохо.

Обожаю караоке в целом и Арену в общем. Люблю петь, но как любому любителю всегда хотелось бы почаще(без всяких разбрасываний денег за внеочередную песню, ни каждый может позволить себе это) поэтому считаю это чисто обдираловка любого караоке, люди пришли петь, пойте по очереди, ладно от колличества человек за столиком, тут согласен, но не то чтобы меряться кошельками...Звук отменный, репертуар песен бесконечный, персонал вежливый, всё супер.
