The winter turned out to be cold and snowy. And my daughter (1.5 years old) decided to buy a Timka 5 universal sled. Even though the organization is located in Vitebsk, and we are in Minsk, there were no problems. A polite manager found the right sled for us, called back, made an order, arranged delivery from Vitebsk to Minsk, and within a day we had the sled - my daughter was delighted, because the sled was with wheels and we could take her around the apartment, tomorrow we'll go check on the street. I recommend this store for its customer orientation! 10 out of 10.

I went to get skis, specifically for the model that I had looked after in advance. Unfortunately, it was not available. But immediately, without further ado, the seller offered to help: he quickly checked with the suppliers and placed an order. To be honest, such prompt service is a rarity now, and we were pleasantly surprised. I liked the store itself: it was spacious, clean, and there was a lot of choice. The seller was adequate: polite, in the subject, gave sensible advice, but without being intrusive — it was felt that they understood the issue. And the location is good, in the center, I got there without any problems.
