The attitude is boorish. It is worth attending courses on communication with clients. When issuing property, they do not inform about the nuances, and upon receipt, they conduct a survey about the shortcomings and God forbid to say that something was wrong, you will immediately hear about it:- Didn't you know that? How old are you? Negative emotions. The first time was last spring. So nothing has changed this spring either. Very sorry. It's good that there are other pick-up points. Thanks for attention.
