I called them to find out about the laser machine. The woman who answered didn't understand what kind of device she was talking about at all. When I offered to send her a link on Viber or Telegram, she immediately asked if I had a Belarusian passport. As soon as I replied that I had a long—term visa, she immediately stated that the product was out of stock - although literally a minute before she didn't even understand what I was looking for.She did not offer the option with a deposit, which is listed on their website, and was generally very ungracious. If this is the attitude towards clients, I highly recommend not dealing with them!
