They took a single-axle carriage for transporting a passenger car, as a result, when they began to transport it, they did not turn at a large intersection (the trailer continues to drive straight, while the towing car has already turned), in a nutshell, the carriage did not turn at all. We lost a lot of time loading, unloading and transporting the carriage back. If this organization could be rated even lower, I would put 0 stars.
