I have been a client of this optics for probably a year since 2010, I definitely ordered 10 frames in total for the whole family. But now the customer focus is terrible . I was looking for a specific frame, which I pecked at them a year ago, threw off a photo, called, provided data. They don 't have any system , they can 't find out by name which glasses were made and when they were made . They promised to look for and call back, a week passed, no one responded, when he called himself, he got the impression that he was taken by surprise, since he was sure that they did not even try to look for anything. They said that I don't have the frames I need right now, or even a similar one, I can't order it. In short, it's stupid to do something. I want this review to be read by the director, the man does not remember his name, he was always interested, picked up, threw off photos of options. Right now , the woman just doesn 't care .
