A disgusting office that likes to take money, but does not fulfill its obligations at all. On 27.09, two cabinets were measured to order and a third of the amount was paid. 29.09 the remaining amount has been paid. The measurer and the company promised to complete the order within a couple of calendar months (up to 60 working days in the contract). The measurer simply fiddled with a tape measure, without assessing the likelihood of imperfect walls with a laser device (you never know if the cabinet won't fit into the "deliberate centimeters").The cabinets were transported several times and through an intermediary (a transport company), that is, we had to unload everything ourselves. It was extremely inconvenient, because I had to adjust to these drivers, and I had to sit and wait for them for hours (I don't live in the apartment where the cabinets were planned yet). Strange piles of boards arrived, and I had to sign for something I didn't understand. For the fittings stated in the order (door handles), they said they were no longer there, choose something else. So these are your problems) let's go to the meeting, okay. Again, separate deliveries and time spent. As a result, everything (as it turned out later, not everything) was delivered only by mid-December! When the collector called, he replied that he would not have to wait for him soon. The contract also cunningly states that after delivery, about a month and a half of working days are given for assembly! As a result, the cabinets began to be assembled only by mid-January, when the order was placed and paid for right at the end of September! And here we went to meet the office halfway, if only it would end faster. Again, asking for leave at work and a couple of days in vain, just staying at the apartment, they say, the collector can now these days or not soon. There was only one assembler, and he also had to help hold something, bring it in, etc., although it's not my concern at all, how one person is sent to assemble furniture is unclear. After unpacking and initial assembly of the cabinets, even my unprofessional eye, which has never been related to furniture, saw just a lot of defects-edges cut off with a knife, glue residues, broken waxed edges, broken and crookedly sawn shelves, plywood shavings on the cut, etc. In addition, it turned out that there were no shutters yet! And this is considering that the total cost of the order exceeded 4k. Of course, I had no intention of accepting such a hack and this furniture garbage after already having a lot of frayed nerves and several months of waiting, wasted days waiting for the deliverymen and sitting with the collector. Then the swing began with calls to the company itself. We'll call you back and everything went on for about a week, again a lot of nerves and waiting. They offered to make a good discount-I would have been ready for a dialogue if it had only been about overdue time and unfulfilled obligations. But the complete junk from the boards, collected for a decent amount, definitely did not suit me. I was still being fed breakfast, saying let's decide, let's talk, let's talk about a bigger discount, etc., when I was only set up for a refund. And only when I sent about 20 photos with a lot of defects (which first caught my eye, I think there are a lot more) and offered to simply refund the money, because if I go to court with my lawyer, I will refund not only the amount of the order, but every day of delay (by that time it was already about 900 rubles), moral and material damage (drilled walls). After this dialogue, the money was refunded within 24 hours. As a result, after 4 months, I was glad that I was able to at least get my money back and not go to court (it would have been guaranteed to take an unknown amount of time). Draw conclusions and learn from the mistakes of others.

I don't understand how such organizations still exist.
They can be found on the Internet under different names. Their main website is Aria.bel, where they sell cupboards. In principle, the reviews in Yandex already make it clear what kind of company it is.
At the end of January, a measurer from this company came to us. An absolutely incompetent young man who measured everything superficially, not taking into account the curvature of the walls, etc., and told us to immediately make an advance payment of 10% (250 rubles), although the manager had not mentioned this before, but we paid anyway. The production time was announced as 3-4 weeks. Even before the measurement, I clarified that we needed an installment plan. A couple of days later, a woman calls to discuss the details of the installment plan and explain how to pay. Attention! The installments are only in name, they don't give you any contracts to sign. It takes 4 weeks and it's time for the first payment, but everything is deaf in the closet. Of course, the contract cunningly stipulates that the cabinet will be shipped on time only with 100% payment. Although in other companies, the rest is paid after installation. I decide to call and clarify how things are going so as not to pay for the air. And then they tell me that first of all they release cabinets to those who paid 100% immediately (there is no such thing in any normal company), and we will have to wait another three weeks before installation. They gave us a number for the director, a certain Inna, who explained the same thing in a boorish manner and argued that how could they ship something to us if we didn't pay. He says you might have money in your bedside table, so pay right away. If you pay off 100% now, we will ship it in 10 days, that is, we haven't even touched the cabinet yet. As a result, I managed to terminate the contract with them without loss and with the refund of the prepayment, so I threatened to sue and say that I had recordings of conversations. This company also withholds the salaries of its employees. He forces them to collect two cabinets a day all over the Republic of Belarus, which is unrealistic, and if they don't have time, they impose horse fines. The work is mainly done by young people who have settled down for the first time in their lives. Never contact this company and note that it hides under different names. Aria bel is just one of them. I don't understand why the police still aren't interested in the activities of this horns and hooves office.

A disgusting company. I would not advise anyone to contact them. As they say, we got it, so we got it. We made an order for the wardrobe at the end of May. The measurer arrived on June 7, when asked when to wait for the cabinet, because it was written in the contract "delivery within 45 working days after 100% payment", he replied: "Do not pay attention to this, we will install it within 2-3 weeks, the cabinet can generally be rented in installments." 2-3 weeks have passed - not a word from the company. We started calling ourselves and found out that our closet hadn't even started to be made yet because we hadn't made a 100% payment. We immediately paid the full cost, since this is the case, but damn, each of the employees says different information about this. And then it started... it's just impossible to get through to them, as if on purpose, so that they wouldn't fool their heads, and they were constantly fed breakfast. They were supposed to bring it first on July 28, then they started talking on August 5-9. After numerous disputes and frayed nerves, the cabinet was still brought on August 15 and promised to be assembled on August 16-19. But the catch is that they brought it without one detail, which we informed them about. Now they have stretched out the manufacture of the missing part for another week, because they completely forgot about it. They constantly called them and asked when this detail would be delivered, but they never know anything and promise to call back in 20 minutes, but, of course, they do not call back. Further, they said that they had too many orders and there were no collectors available, in fact, this was not the case. As a result, it was only a week later that they were able to specifically say the date of the cabinet collection, and then only after we said that we would find other collectors and we would not need their services.
And only after 3 months the closet turned out to be with us))))

1.When ordering, they say an advance payment of 10% of the cost of the order and the cabinet will be ready within 3 weeks. After the deadline, I call aria.bel order and did not start to do tk you need to pay 70%-100% of the cost of the cabinet and then it will go to work and be ready within 45 working days, this nuance is not said, no one for this month that waited did not call and did not warn, and you need to read the contract, which I did not do.The contract to terminate costs 300 rubles.
2. Inna's manager didn't really explain anything, she talks rudely initially, read the contract and blacklisted all the questions. The only thing she said was that if I pay 100% of the cost of the closet, then the closet will be made in two weeks, of course this did not happen.
3. Delivery. There are no paid movers, carry it yourself as you want. We agreed for one time, the driver arrived three hours later. The dispatcher warned me until what time I was at home. The driver with the answer that he unloads the cabinet and he doesn't care who is at home or not, he has a car for hire.
4. The installers were supposed to arrive on Monday. Then Tuesday morning and no one came.
Arrived on Wednesday morning. There are no questions about the installer, I assembled, cleaned everything perfectly.
5.The contract was drawn up on July 12. The cabinet was delivered on September 28. The assembly took place on October 4

I regretted that I got involved. We ordered interior doors. I got an advertisement on social networks, we decided to order it. Read the reviews! It was a horror and not "quiet" at all. Everything started well. We called each other, ordered a measurer. I arrived, my husband was at home. The measurer explained that the doors we had chosen would not stand up, and advised us to order a book door. We agreed, we paid 10%, the measurer advised us to arrange the rest in installments, they say there will be no problems with this. Issued. After they called back, they explained that the installment plan needed to be processed independently, and the bank was named. The bank's employees processed it quickly, said they would take a picture and send it to the company. We haven't reached the house yet, we've already called to send the contract urgently. They sent it. They said it would be ready in 3 weeks. I call in 3 weeks, and no one started making doors there, they said there was no contract. They gave a bunch of numbers until they found out that there was still a contract, so a month passed. They told me to call in 2 weeks..then another 2... and another..And more. So 2 ... 3 months passed, silence. Finally, the doors were knocked out, they said they were ready...there is no car in our city, we have to wait another week. We offered to pick up the doors ourselves, it turned out that there were not enough parts. So more time has passed. Finally, the car was assembled. They asked for movers to take them up to the 4th floor, without an elevator. They agreed and named the price for the floor. Here it is, day X... and.. one driver arrives, who asked which floor, threw out the doors at the entrance with the words, I will not carry. No one warned that there would be no movers, for health reasons, we could not lift them at that time either, it's called figure it out for yourself. Okay. They asked about the installation, and I was the driver, so call the company. Well, I think it's true, how can a person know. I'm calling, I hear...The installer will be available in a week...then another week,... and another. It takes 2 months and weekly calls to the company. As a result, they tell me that they do not put such doors in our country, they do not know how. So why, I ask, have you been putting up with my brain for so long?!! We found our installer, it turned out that the measurements were not correct, as the measurer explained how they should be, the doors do not become like that. They shamanized as best they could to put them up. The conclusion is to spare your nerves and time, do not get involved. I got caught on the fact that they were cheaper than in the city store. It is better to pay and get the doors and installation in a month than to run around for 6 months in search of your product.

Secondly, the customer himself must raise the order to the apartment, they deliver only to the entrance, because there is only one driver. Thirdly, the installation is also unknown when, when the master will be free and he will be able to come to you. I'm not talking about their promise to make it faster if you pay right away.
