The hotel is almost new, opened before the coronavirus. A beautiful oriental-style large and bright hall. The rooms are good-sized, with classic furnishings, and only the hard mattresses on the narrow beds let us down. I didn't really like that the restaurant is on the minus ground floor. On the first day, we were almost the only customers and there was very little food in the restaurant. This is probably normal, because the season is not yet open and it is not profitable to cook a mountain of food. To our surprise, the next morning the amount of food increased significantly, there was even a wonderful chicken broth and oatmeal porridge with milk. Sweets also appeared. Besides the two of us, Italians had breakfast, we often met them in Uzbekistan. The hotel is located ten minutes from the old town, which is very convenient.

This is the best hotel in Bukhara!
The room, the breakfasts, the lobby are like some kind of Sheikh's palace!
There is a magnificent swimming pool in the courtyard!
There is a sauna!
Everything is great, but there is one unpleasant aftertaste left!
(I hope that the hotel manager will read this and in the future guests will not be deducted the cost of a broken glass in the room)((((
It is not difficult for us and we are not impoverished.
But at a room rate of $63 per night, we were asked to reimburse the cost of broken glass...
We, as honest people, admitted it ourselves ....
It's sad, this has not happened ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!
Neither in other countries of the world, nor in Russia!

A good hotel, located opposite the main fortress of Bukhara, the rest of the attractions are a 15-minute walk away. There is a huge supermarket nearby. We had a large room with a bathroom on the ground floor. Breakfast is quite crowded, and the choice is not great, but you can find something to taste.

A wonderful hotel within walking distance from Ark Fortress in Bukhara. Air conditioning, large room, good beds, plumbing, problem with pillows (stone), 2 bottles of water daily. A varied breakfast, but the "sleeping waiters" barely moved, all the time asking for boats, plates. The problem with the coffee machine is that there is no water, then coffee. We need to work with the staff. A cozy courtyard with a fountain and tables. Beautiful, cozy interior, clean.

I really liked the hotel. Clean, cozy. The rooms are simple and spacious! The rooms have a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, kettle, cups, tea bags, water. There are carpets on the floor. The rooms are aesthetically decorated.
Cleaned daily.
There is a responsive staff at the reception.
Breakfast is complete - scrambled eggs and omelet with vegetables are prepared quickly on request, everything else - cheese, sausages, pancakes, pancakes, sweets, pastries, fruit, tea, coffee machine - everything is at guests' disposal on the table.
There is a swimming pool.
The hotel is located 5-10 minutes from the attractions "Old Town" and "Arktsitadel".
We had a rest with my husband and daughter. We recommend it!!!

Great hotel. The staff is pleasant, although some ask to switch to English. The room is clean, comfortable, everything is new, the room is rich. There is something to eat for breakfast. The pool is open. It wasn't too cold to swim in May. I definitely recommend it

I really liked the hotel, great location, historical sights are accessible on foot, everything is new, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, especially in the breakfast restaurant. We liked everything except the very hard mattresses in the beds. You sleep on the floor. I do not lower the rating, because they brought a second blanket to increase the softness, but I advise the hotel managers to think about soft mattress pads 7-10 cm high.

The hotel is beautiful, big! Everything is clean and new, from furniture to plumbing. A beautiful courtyard. The room has everything you need: slippers, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, kettle, refrigerator, NO SAFE. Cleaning every day. The staff is very responsive. But there are also disadvantages: very, from the word VERY, hard mattresses; small, uncomfortable pillows.(if desired, you can change the room, with a more comfortable mattress). Sockets are not thought out in the rooms. You will have to charge your devices all around the table, and not as you used to near the bedside tubes (there are no sockets), or rather they are there, but you can't reach them, they are behind the headboard. Breakfast for 3. It seems that there are containers with hot food, but there is nothing there. (Empty, the word is completely empty). With moderate occupancy of the hotel, these food containers are full. And if there is no workload, then: slicing from 2 types of cheese, 2 cuts of meat, pancakes with cold filling (there is no inscription with what they are), sweets, fruits, tea, coffee did not please me, very bitter. Scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs are prepared on request. We left at 3 a.m. for the train, they forgot to arrange the promised lunch boxes for us, although they offered it themselves. Be careful, it is problematic to call a taxi at night! The choice is yours. Have a good rest!

Amazing hotel!We were from 6.11.23 to 8.11.23.Real Uzbek exotic!The very center, walking distance to all attractions (if you are for a couple of days).And in general Bukhara is something!A friend has already gathered in our footsteps, advised him this hotel!

I am writing in a fresh way:
1. They gave the wrong number. They said everything was occupied, but the hotel was empty.
2. The pool was dirty 2 days out of 3.
3. Toilets at pools are not removed from the word at all - cigarette butts in the sink, toilets that have not been cleaned. Maximum horror.
4. Problems are not solved - they say they don't care about reviews.
Choose other hotels. It's worth thinking hard about staying here.

A hotel with a magnificent exterior, a cozy courtyard, a spacious lobby and rather dull rooms - as if with greetings from the 80s. Despite the fact that the cost of the hotel is very high! The breakfasts are quite meager, although they are quite enough to satisfy hunger. But it is absolutely inexcusable in a hotel with such a price that there is at least some kind of coffee machine and generally good (or at least normal) coffee. The location of the hotel is excellent - next to the citadel, on a street with beautiful plants, although without any signs of interesting tourist or at least urban life. On departure, two reception staff members spent a very, very, very long time typing in passport data with one finger for registration. And they still made mistakes and redid the documents twice. I haven't seen such difficulties for a long time.

It's a strange hotel.
There were problems with the settlement of the tour group.
In room 216, there is a constant buzzing when the air conditioner is turned on.
The kettle is on, there is no tea.
Upon arrival, there was 1 towel, 2 mugs and 2 glasses in the room for three people.
The pillow and mattress are hard, but I like them.
The breakfast is not bad.
Be prepared that not all the reception staff speaks Russian, English is good
