It's a cozy place, I needed a haircut a long time ago, I was looking for something in the neighborhood and found this salon. Clean space, polite and respectful attitude, all wishes were taken into account and the result turned out to be as it was thought in my head, which does not always happen)) And this can be considered as an indicator. I passed by this salon for a long time and had no desire to use the services due to the low rating. The rating does not correspond at all to the quality of the services. Master Anya had a cascading haircut for long hair. The master listened to all my wishes and completed the work for 5. I really liked everything. It's a pity that I didn't come earlier. Thanks to Anya for the beautiful haircut.

I don't understand the dissatisfaction of the other reviews. I did a haircut for my beard and hair, everything was done just perfectly smoothly. The cars were good, the hair was washed, they were polite, the place itself was nice and tidy. The price is cheaper than barbershops, and the quality is the same or even better. I went there with fear because of the low rating, but there was a nearby hairdresser working from 9 o'clock. I did not regret coming, I will walk again

I used to get a haircut there often, while a good master Veronica was working, then she quit, I went a couple more times, I thought everything was fine there, but they cut it so that it was a shame to go outside, I don't go here anymore

The worst salon I've ever been to. I went there because it was close to home. The first thing that confused me was that the garage hall was locked. Secondly, when they started cutting my hair, the machine pulled my hair, which indicates that the equipment was not serviced. My sides were cut for about 40 minutes using 2 nozzles. I asked them not to touch the top, because I didn't want to sit there for another hour. At the end, they washed my hair (almost forcibly), although I said that I washed my hair before cutting, and my hair could just be blown off with a hairdryer. My hair was removed from my neck and nape not with a special brush, but with some kind of cloth. The result is a check for 18.5 rubles . I don't really want to spend more time on this salon, one thing is for sure - I won't go there myself anymore and I don't advise men.

a creepy place, hairdressers are laymen, even showed in the photo how I want to get a haircut, and said in no case do not make the extension forward, so that's exactly what they did to me, and it didn't look like in the photo at all, they cut off all the hair, cut everything to the nape, and left icicles hanging in front, a nightmare! Master Katya seems to have never set foot there again

I had a manicure at the Arcanciel salon. The impression about the procedure itself was pleasant, the master's attitude was good, the girl did everything very neatly and beautifully. I have a very negative impression about the administrator who worked on 03/01/2018 (unfortunately I do not know the name). During the procedure, she constantly resorted and urged the master, accused me of not warning about the drawings on two fingers (although this is not required in other salons) and talked about it in raised tones. Ruined the whole impression of the salon.
