This online store is just disgusting in terms of service. The consultants communicate with obvious disdain, as if they are doing a favor by responding at all. The toxic behavior of employees calls into question the adequacy of their work. The client is clearly not needed by anyone here — zero politeness, zero responsibility, and, most importantly, a complete lack of customer orientation. The track number was never sent, although it was promised. When I tried to contact the management to solve the problem, it turned out that they apparently did not have time to deal with their duties. Terrible attitude and complete incompetence.
