The experience of communicating with two consultants of Arma stores turned out to be disgusting. At the Globo shopping center, the sales girl couldn't really explain anything about hookahs. I hung up on the website for any question. When asked to show a specific hookah, she pointed to a dark corner under the counter. How can you even consider something there? I had to ask again to get the hookah on the counter. As a result, it was not possible to buy a hookah in the store. I had to place an order through the website. The manager who called to confirm the order was not in the mood to communicate at all. Instead of explaining the specifics of the job, I asked the same thing several times. Also, an unpleasant surprise turned out to be the inability to pay for the order with a card. The overall impression is that the guys are doing their best not to sell anything.
