1) I drove the car to the car wash, it seemed like the norms were washed, but after leaving the box, I was PERPLEXED: streaks all over the car and windows, washing away the thresholds from the inside, dirt flew onto the side of the door and the doors, the discs were not wiped, the rubber bands inside the doors were not wiped or blown (although I told the cashier about the purge I said it myself 2 times), the trunk didn't even open and wasn't blown even close. I didn't want to swear and spoil my mood.
2) I CAME THE SECOND TIME, A DAY LATER, TO THEIR SELF-SERVICE CAR WASH, JUST TO WASH THE CAR IN A WARM BOX AFTER THEY WERE DRUNK. I washed the car (liquid foam), rinsed it, I think I'll wipe it off quickly in 2 minutes and leave, since it's MINUS outside, so as not to get icy immediately after washing. And then the "AUNT" comes running and STARTS KICKING ME OUT and being openly RUDE, I'm just stunned. There were no self-service rules posted, and even when I asked her to show them, she continued to shout and prove her point. After that, op again, and so on. To which I asked for a book of complaints, and after about 15 minutes I only deigned to get it. (In my presence, she yelled at the employee that self-service needed to be cleaned, since she would get much more money at the main sink and it would be more profitable for her, and more rational in time))))))
What I want to say about this is that I am a non-confrontational person, but this situation might not have happened, since I was about to leave. I have never traveled here and I will not go again,

I was washing my car at a self-service car wash today. After washing the car, I asked if there was a faucet for a ladder that I was wiping the car with, to which the man gave me the answer that I needed to wipe on the street. And this is in sub-zero temperatures. I wrote a comment in the complaint book and left without wiping the car. Moreover, no one warned about this, and in the next box, a man calmly wiped the car.

I took the car with such a dirty interior, horror. They wash everything with one cloth. There are divorces all over the salon. After washing, the interior had to be cleaned again. The receptionist replied that the cleaner would be punished. It is not necessary to punish, but to deprive the cost of the service from the salary, and to return the money to the client in full. I won't wash cars there anymore, and I don't advise anyone. Maybe they can handle a regular car wash, just wash off the dirt from the car, but they definitely won't cope with the complex. The owner needs to either train the staff or change it.
