My favorite movie theater. / when I was a kid, my father took me to the movies. I really like the architecture of the building itself and the interior design of the spaces. / thanks to the architects/ the building successfully blended into the landscape. At one time, concerts of popular artists were held in the lobby, and there were exhibitions of artists on the second floor. I haven't visited it for a long time/ but I really love this cinema.

After all, the word "ARMAN" is translated from Kazakh as a dream, I have never seen anything like it. A dream should be like a dream. Creative people and ideas are urgently needed there.

And in early October, I watched the movie "Joker: Madness for two". I really liked the movie "Beetlejuice Beetlejuice". And the movie "The Joker:Madness for two" did not like and appreciated these films at all, i.e. the film "Beetlejuice Beetlejuice" 8/10 points, and the film "Joker: Madness for two" 5/10 points. But I liked the cinema center itself.

I went to the Matrix 4. It feels like they showed a pirated copy or a very bad videotape from the 90s. And they took the money for the ticket quite for themselves as for dolby or aimax. The quality is faded, there is no brightness, the focus is blurred! The screen was also cut off, the subtitles are only half a line visible at the bottom. The sound was muffled, as much as the air conditioner interrupted the sounds of the movie. In general, this is very bad! I do not recommend it, go to normal modern cinemas. I didn't think that in 2021 the audience would be so deceived. The waiting room and the lobby are under partial renovation. The smell of paint, building materials, etc. The passage to the "green" hall was not even cleaned, they passed through dirt and debris from repair work. Do not take food/snacks at the checkout. It's dirty! The cook made a hot dog without gloves from a bun, an old dried sausage with voids inside. You can't sell that! It looks like this cinema is in crisis, and repairs won't help. And most importantly, how can you show a movie in this quality and charge money for it! It's a pity, but once the Arman cinema was the coolest in the city, where the first 3D stereo films were shown. PS There is a burger bar and a Starbucks in the cinema building. At BurgerKing, the food there is also very poor quality. This is strange, considering that it is a network and located in the city center - where are the quality standards?! Starbucks is normal.

Cons due to the lack of ventilation and air conditioning, it was stuffy, although there were not so many people, the impressions did not really start from the cash register, the cashier was nervous, twitchy, no information, you were pulling everything out with questions, there were no offers, in the end she reluctantly replied that there were no draft drinks and the question where the fruit popcorn hung was boring, and the most interesting thing after the movie, my daughter wanted to go to the toilet for 5 years, and the cashier once again snapped that the toilets were not working in the cinema, I had to go to the neighboring burger king, which I advise, it's better not to be fooled by their discounts, and not regret the difference of 500 tenge, but it's better to go to the film park or Chaplin, I saw for myself, have a good day to everyone

The last film in this cinema was "Get Knives", after which there is no desire to return to the cinema. Now it is a pathetic semblance of "the same" Armand from childhood: the terrible "orange room" with a small screen and bad sound, the lack of toilets (I had to go to Burger king) and unjustified ticket prices for all this (even considering that it is now one of the most inexpensive cinemas in the city). Half of the cinema has already been given over to burgers and coffee, and the rest is just in terrible condition. This is no longer the cinema that we loved.
