Cafe Arman has been around since Soviet times. I went here as a little girl with my grandmother. And she bought me delicious meringue here)) Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the current atmosphere in the cafe because I haven't been inside. But passing by, I see a lot of people who go there, apparently it is still popular and people go there for commemorations, for example, or some other events, because I saw a lot of people there.
