I looked at the ratings and comments, it was a shame) The owner is an 80-year-old grandfather. He created the hotel back in the 90s. Of course, the building is old. But to be fair, he doesn't sit still at all. He is constantly doing something, trying to improve and improve. I have never stolen or profited from others. The prices are low, so the decoration is modest. And even so, air conditioners were installed in almost all rooms. Comparing with hotels in the capitals, of course, you will not give a high rating, but the place is sincere. And you can steam in the bathhouse👍🏼

Background Zhanatas business trip for 1 day: In the beginning, they broke us off with the apartment, as the landlady demanded money from us in the morning, without staying too long in the apartment. I dialed her after work, and it turns out she sent me to BAM. I didn't transfer it to Caspi. But then we got to the Armand hotel, and there, we were greeted by a kind fairy named Zuhra 🙏 only for her sake, of course, you can even put a 10 point 😅 but alas, no!!!! God, I wish our service wouldn't be lame!!! To Teshka Zukhra, thank you so much for the shelter and hospitality. By the way, it's a problem to rent an apartment , they have a common chat there, they immediately warn each other, and they also conduct a survey on the phone without seeing us. They know how many people we are and what we look like. There is only a photo of the entrance to the apartment of the evil witch, who has me on her blacklist.
