An extremely unpleasant experience and a complete disappointment with the service. I came to make an appointment for a car wash. The receptionist abruptly said, "Leave the keys and go," while voicing a 3-4-hour wait. I calmly explained that I didn't leave my keys with anyone or anywhere, and offered to wait in the car or in a coffee shop, as long as I was assigned to a specific car and put in line. The administrator refused to do this, stating: "Then I won't record you," which is a direct denial of service. I contacted the director, who doesn't care at all. In response, I heard: "Figure it out for yourself." The complete indifference of the management and the inability of the staff to behave correctly make the service extremely unreliable. It is especially dangerous that, in fact, the client must leave the keys for several hours and leave without having any information about the safety of his property. The imposition of such conditions, boorish behavior and indifference of the management is a complete failure of the service. I definitely do not recommend this car wash! People who leave their keys should understand that such an administration is NOT RESPONSIBLE for your cars!
