The atmosphere in hotel was cool, but employees weren’t. We had a bunch of others hair, but cleaner didn’t took them away, also we asked to clean our room but when we came in, it wasn’t clean. During leaving the hotel we asked to take a shower but they said we have to wash near the pool in cold water, but we persuaded them to take a shower in hot water. But food was great. I liked everything, not including crew.

We stayed at the Armas Kaplan Paradise Hotel from August 16 to August 25, 2025. Our stay at this hotel has left us with the warmest and most joyful impressions! From the first days we felt the atmosphere of comfort and hospitality. We were moved into a new building ahead of time, the room is clean, spacious, with a view of the mountains, the hotel territory is large. There is a large garden with hammocks, swings. There are slides - we enjoyed riding. There is a shuttle service to the sea, but we rarely rode it, because we liked to walk in the shade. The food is very tasty, varied, and you definitely won't stay hungry. The sea was very clean and warm, like fresh milk, I didn't even want to go out. There are a lot of shops and pharmacies outside the hotel. We rented a three-seater electric scooter for an hour and a half, rode with the breeze through the nearby streets, it was very fun and interesting. I would especially like to mention the animation team of the hotel. Their professionalism and creative approach made our stay unforgettable. My daughter enjoyed going to a mini disco every evening, which was conducted by Orkhan. Every day was filled with interesting events and positive emotions. Animators Orkhan, Serzhan, Evren, Yunus, Natalia, Irina, Anastasia, Lyudmila you are super! We created such a friendly and cheerful atmosphere that there was simply no time to be bored! Lyudmila, a sweet animator girl, liked her daughter very much, she still remembers and misses.. In conclusion, I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff of the hotel and the animation team for their hard work and care. It is such places and such people that make our world a better place and give unforgettable impressions! We will definitely come back here and recommend this hotel to our friends and acquaintances!

We stayed at the Armas Kaplan Paradise Hotel in June 2025. The rest was wonderful, we often remember the vacation with warmth and want to come back again. This hotel was recommended by relatives who have already vacationed here, and we have never regretted that we listened to their advice. ,Location. It took about two hours to get from Antalya Airport to the hotel, as we were getting off the bus towards the end (the sixth in a row). There are various shops and pharmacies within walking distance of the hotel (the staff understands and speaks Russian, they will always help with the choice). Room. We were given a room ahead of time, we didn't wait long. We moved into the building where the reception is located, on the fourth floor with a beautiful view of the mountains. The room was always clean, cleaned daily, bottled water was brought, towels were changed, and wi-fi was available without interruption. Nothing broke during our stay, and there were no problems. ,Territory. The territory of the hotel is large, well-maintained, with lots of trees, clean, and we have never seen garbage lying around. We especially liked the garden with cozy lighting, swings, hammocks and coffee. There is a playground and a sports ground. ,The beach. There is a regular shuttle service to the sea, but most of the time we walked (10 minutes) because we liked to walk in the shade along a cozy street. The sea is clean and transparent. The beach is sandy and pebbly. We swam without special shoes. There were a lot of sun beds, there was enough for everyone, we didn't occupy the sun beds on purpose from early in the morning. ,Food. The food is varied: meat and fish in different forms, soups, side dishes, sweets, vegetables, fruits, ice cream. Delicious sandwiches are prepared on the beach, burgers, French fries, nuggets, pizza, tortillas, waffles are served by the pool; buns and coffee are served in the garden. Food can be found at any time. Everything is very, very tasty! 💃🏻Animation. The animation in this hotel is top notch. We have been to different hotels, there is something to compare it with. The guys led by Orhan are great fellows! I've never been bored. During the day, there are various games on the beach and by the pool, as well as a children's mini club, cool music in the evening, children's animation and various types of shows: Turkish night, African dances, Brazilian dances, karaoke, various games, live music (they loved Sunday evenings, a man came to sing live, well-chosen songs: folk he danced, sang along, they didn't even want to let the singer go home). Thanks to a well-coordinated and friendly team of animators, our vacation turned out to be soulful. The hotel staff is friendly, always helpful, if anything; the rooms are clean; the area is well maintained and cozy; the sea is clear and clean; the food is varied and delicious. And what else do you need for a good rest? We want to return to this hotel and definitely recommend it to our friends and acquaintances!🫶🏻
