The hotel is not a youth hotel! Nice quiet peaceful hotel. It is located on the very shore, one of many. The staff is polite and diligent. The restaurant is normal, the choice is great, but the booze is local like everywhere else, and not very much. The cleaning is good. The beach is big, pebbles, there is enough space for everyone. The pool is generally empty. The weather is wonderful, and it's already October. The water is warm. The rooms are decent, not new, but everything works. Safe deposit box and free Wi-Fi in all areas.

Great location. In the evening there is a place to walk, close to the airport, a beautiful view of the mountains.
Compared to the neighbors, there is a free beach, good entrance.
Great food and drinks. Ice cream throughout the day and various snacks.
The hotel is not new with an old renovation, but everything is good for its price.
Among the disadvantages: a bad foot washing area from the beach, noisy rooms on the right side of the building (facing the disco), a hammam does not work.

I am currently staying at the hotel.
The overall impression is good. The hotel is small, not new, but everything is well maintained, there are cozy corners inside.
The staff is friendly, clean, the food is delicious and varied. There are always a lot of pastries- cakes, baklava, halva, lukum - in different versions, fruits in abundance, grilled chicken and fish, many different snacks. Last year we had a rest in Saphira Tekirova - the food in this hotel is definitely better and more diverse. Ice cream without restrictions, always 4 types. There is a fish restaurant on site-shrimps are delicious.
Of the cons:
- I managed to check into my room in two days. Judging by the conversations of visitors, many have this situation. They offered another hotel chain, then found a hotel room for temporary accommodation. I think this is a big disadvantage, it affected the assessment. We come to rest, and not to knock out paid rooms and disassemble- pack things in order to move four people from room to room. This is the time of our long-awaited expensive vacation.
- the water in the pools is very warm
-children's animation is scarce (if this moment is important to someone, in that Sapphire Tekirova animation for children is much better and there is more of it)
- there are few sun beds, you need to take them at seven and it's not a fact that there will be free ones
I will conclude with the advantages.
Although the territory of the hotel is small, but from the hotel there is a wonderful promenade through a shady park area along the sea. There are a lot of shops. I recommend a pastry shop in Chamyuva - I'll attach a photo, everything is delicious.

We were in October. A good and varied diet. The sea is nearby across the boardwalk. The beach is private, clean, the sea is warm in October. There were enough sun beds for everyone. The rooms are clean. There is a hammam, gym, indoor pool inside the hotel.
From Chamiouv, you can go to the ancient city of Olympos with a transfer by bus, as well as to Phaselis (by taxi or minibus). Very beautiful places. The Lycian Hiking Trail is also recommended.
We took a yacht trip on the beach. I recommend.

Nice hotel. We were in the second half of October, the rooms are nice, clean, cleaning every day. The territory is compact, comfortable, the sea is simply gorgeous, clean, the entrance is small pebbles, there are enough sun beds. The restaurant has enough tables, the food is delicious, there is no heartburn, and fish and meat. The service is decent, thanks to the girls at the reception, everything is prompt, a good spa, thanks to the masseuse Arzu and Caesar well done. Not GAZPROM, of course, but dreams come true! Vacation October 2024, 10 nights. 2 adults and 2 children. I really liked the hotel. We honestly tried to find adequate disadvantages, but there were none. The food is excellent, there is something to choose from, there are no queues. Tortillas are baked, waffles are fried. At least get drunk on drinks. The staff is friendly enough. Cleaning every day. The beach has its own, there are enough sun beds for everyone. The animation is unobtrusive, an evening show every day. The hotel itself is small, you can see every meter from the balcony. The sea is nearby. The only thing is a 2-hour transfer, but there's really nothing to do, there are a lot of hotels, everyone needs to be taken, and Chamyuva is the penultimate village in the Kemer region. Good afternoon, everyone! We just returned with our daughter (8 years old) after traveling to this hotel. We were at the end of the season - 21.10-30.10.24. We chose so that the sea was nearby, quiet enough, there was a place to walk, a small hotel and that the food was good + the beach was clean and big enough. The review is constructive for the guidance of other guests.
What fundamental disadvantages I noted for myself, which was very important to me:
1) uncomfortable, old pillows are just 100% what spoiled my rest, since all 10 days I woke up with a sore neck and a headache in the morning.. I made combinations of pillows, everything is useless. I asked to replace the pillows - they said that all the standard ones. The pillows are hard and inside there are rolled balls of fluff or something similar (((
2) the light in the room is too dim, even in the evening if you turn on all the lighting, read a book or play a board game with a child, it is not possible - it is very dark for the eyes (
Sea and beach:
- the approach is good enough, but you need corals, since you go first large stones, and then sharply up to the neck. The child was not very comfortable, because she did not know how to swim yet, she always had to swim together, the approach was not gentle. Especially if the waves don't come in normally at all, they knock down the waves;
- the sea is good, clean, a little cool at first, then you get used to it and it's just fine - the sea temperature was about 26 degrees for sure;
- there are a lot of sun beds, the only thing is that since the end of the season, the canopies have already been removed in many places, but we had enough, it's not critical;
- walk to the sea 2 minutes from the rooms, everything is very close and convenient.
The room as a whole:
- it's clean enough, we didn't ask to clean often, but once we were asked to clean the room, so they didn't even make our beds, just threw out the garbage and that's it. The other couple of times, it was already fine;
- there were slippers and bathrobes in the room - it's great;
- the towels are clean, fresh, without complaints, as well as the bed linen is clean - everything is OK with this;
- free bar - water, soda;
- we had a beautiful view of the sea on the top floor, I really liked it;
- the safe worked well, everything is OK.
Food:
- it was repeated, of course, a lot, especially for breakfast, but we always found something to eat;
- if you come to dinner a little later, of course, there was little left, so we went on time;
- from the menu: always different meat, fish, turkey, chicken, rice, pasta, a lot of different salads, a little fruit (oranges, pears, apples and at the beginning of the vacation there were tangerines, well, that's it);
- there are a lot of different sweets, a large assortment
Entertainments:
- the children's club did not work at all, only the children's disco was held several times, then it was canceled;
- We watched the show 2 times, they said that the end of the season is gone. But plus, all the shows, discos, etc. are away from the main building, so in the evenings you could hear the sea and it was very quiet - that's what we needed;
- there was animation during the day (shooting, darts, aerobics), but we didn't go, we hung out at sea;
- once there was a foam disco on the beach
Around:
- chain stores MIGROS, BIM, SOK, pharmacies, markets, with many seasonal discounts, so there is something to buy and see;
- we reached the beginning of the village to an abandoned hotel on the mountain - an interesting prominade)
In general, we liked it, we went to the sea, relax, swim, sunbathe, so our main desires were satisfied. I think this hotel works differently during the season, so it's more like a 4ka than a 5ka out of season. The main thing is that we were very lucky with the weather! Thank you for our stay! The Mediterranean Sea and Turkey - one love!

The hotel is a solid four. Food from the category - you will not stay hungry, but after 5 days you will get tired of everything.
Don't get fooled by ultraall, locally produced drinks. Of the advantages: a gorgeous sea, BUT take corals with you, the entrance to the sea is rocky, for small children it does not fit the word at all, deep in two steps. Animation in autumn is at minus 2, but we don't need it. A big plus is the staff, very responsive and friendly.
The rooms are old, but clean, we were not interested in cleaning. If you have any questions, ask them. Vacation dates from 20.10 to 27.10

What can be improved:
The pool is very warm, in the heat it does not cool at all, it feels like the water temperature in it is above 30.
Beach. A chaise longue on a chaise longue, the distance between them does not exceed 50cm at first glance. Perhaps in high season, all hotels have this, but this is the first time I've seen this. I would expand the area of the beach pergolas 1.5-2 times.
Guest towels are the main problem of the hotel, the administration does not fight in any way. If you decide to sleep until 8 a.m., then there is a good chance that you will not find free sunbeds, there will be towels crushed by stones everywhere. The situation is the same at the pool. Arriving at the hotel on the first day at 9 a.m., we were able to find free sun beds after lunch.
Showers on the beach: two shower heads and 1 foot faucet for the entire beach, that's all, wait for your turn.
Animation: no one will entertain you all day. A typical day looks like this: after breakfast, aqua aerobics, then bocce, then darts, then volleyball on the beach, maybe or maybe not. The showtime dinner field.
We saw water polo in the pool 1 time in 8 days. If you're into sports, take the ball with you.
Rooms: there were cosmetic defects in our room, but keep in mind that the hotel is not new. Everything worked, nothing fell off.

The rooms are cleaned every day, not perfect, but quite clean, towels are changed, even if they are hanging. It seems that the bed was changed, to be honest, I did not understand, but it was made and clean. There is plenty of food, starting from 7:00 and until 2 a.m. you can eat and drink something)) They found something to eat even for a harmful daughter)))I liked the beach, which is nearby and covered with canopies, not umbrellas. The shore is more pebbly, but this did not bother us at all.The hotel and the beach are clean. I liked the most that there are always free sun loungers on the beach, they are more busy by the pool, but I don't see the point in going to the sea and spending time by the pool. There is a pool with slides, they work according to schedule, but it was almost always possible to roll in plenty. There is also a restaurant nearby where evening shows are held. In general, I liked everything very much, we were satisfied with the service, they responded to our requests immediately. It is clear that the hotel is not new, but still try to maintain cleanliness and comfort. They tried not to even pay attention to the little things. We stayed at the Armas Labada Hotel from May 19 to May 27, 2024.
The hotel is very comfortable, cozy, and the staff is polite.
The territory is small and well maintained.
We had a room without a balcony, French windows.
I didn't bother at all.
The only thing missing for complete happiness was a wider dryer and clothespins.
The dryer outside the window is small, just right for drying swimsuits..There was a strong wind for a couple of days and I had to climb the bushes in the morning, collect spare parts from swimsuits)))
In our room, after taking a shower, water accumulated a little between the shower compartment and the toilet.
There was no cloth to wipe, and cleaning was done 1 time a day.It was a little annoying.
But otherwise everything is great:

The pool is nearby, the sea is about 15 meters from the hotel.

We rested at the Armas Labada hotel from 09/14/24 to 09/20/24 with a company of 6 people. We arrived early, there were no empty seats in the hotel, but the guys at the reception offered us rooms in a nearby hotel, promising to provide comfortable rooms the next day. We agreed without hesitation.
Leaving our belongings in the rooms of the provided hotel, we went to breakfast in a friendly company, and then immediately to the sea. We stayed there almost until the evening, swimming in the arms of a very warm sea!!! The next day, at the appointed time, we arrived with our belongings at the reception of our hotel. The guys immediately escorted us by elevator to our promised comfortable rooms. What was our surprise - as promised, we were provided with 3 rooms in a row with sea and mountain views!!!!! The room was very clean, the mini bar was filled with various drinks, the safe and wi-fi worked for free, the air conditioning was working properly.
Leaving our things, we went to have a snack and run to the sea in a friendly company!!!
In the evening, returning from the sea, a surprise awaited us in the rooms in the form of bottles of wine and plates of fruit (very nice !!!)) This is the hotel's manager for working with guests Svetlana Valerievna, a sorceress, pleased us with surprises throughout the rest (fruit and wine surprises for several days in a row, and also, on the day we chose, we were invited to a fish restaurant)). How beautiful it was there!!!!! A beautiful table was set, beautiful music was played, and a live rose was presented to each female half at the entrance.. All this was arranged for us as an apology for the first night spent in another hotel!!!! It was so unexpected and so pleasant!! (THANKS to her for that!!!!!))))
The daily food in the restaurant was decent, decent, varied, the choice was great (all kinds of meat, a variety of fruits, sweets for every taste). The territory of the hotel is small and well maintained. Pools for adults and children, those who wished could ride the slides!
The beach (5 meters from the sea) is large, pebbles, there are a lot of sun beds. A shared canopy instead of umbrellas is a good solution, we liked it more than individual umbrellas (the beaches of neighboring hotels are tiny and crowded) .
The bars have very nimble and friendly bartenders, the waiters in the restaurant cleaned everything very quickly.
Animation: during the day, almost everyone at the pool and on the beach is personally invited to participate in activities, in the evening there is always a children's disco and an evening show.
The only drawback: these are smokers (they smoke on the beach and smoke in a restaurant at outdoor tables!!!! ) , there are no smokers among us, and it was unpleasant for us)))

We are staying at this Hotel at the moment! We really like it, especially the sea, which is 2 steps away! The hotel is clean, polite staff! The room was pleasant - bright and cozy! We have a balcony with a wonderful view of the sea and mountains! In general, we're getting high!
But I would especially like to mention the Spa salon! God, what a wonderful team is working there! Heartily review! We were offered a complex: hammam, peeling and relaxing massage! We thought about it and agreed! And we were so pleased that we decided not to deny ourselves the pleasure and took another program of therapeutic massages! Professionals in their field are working! Every day is better and better! The result did not take long to wait! I would like to note how friendly the guys are that while I was getting high on massage, my child of 5 years was treated like his own! So much attention and care, I was pleasantly surprised! I felt so calm that my child was in safe hands!
I recommend everyone to experience the incredible sensations of spa treatments, massages especially! Do not deny yourself the pleasure! And thank you to the staff of the Spa salon! Moreover, it is difficult to single out especially someone, everyone is beautiful there!!

We had a rest in the season in August.
Positive:
- location (5 meters from the sea) - this is the closest hotel to the sea on this coast;
- the beach is wide, large, there are a lot of sun beds, few people, a good entrance to the sea, the water is clean, it is convenient with children, it is not deep right away;
- a normal pool bar;
- great sea view from the room and from the restaurant;
- frequent galavechera;
- a good DJ, the music does not reach and does not play at night;
- there are many shops nearby;
- nice embankment;
- a normal pool;
- good rooms.
Minuses:
- the food is very simple, but you will not stay hungry, in general it is delicious but there is no abundance;
- local alcohol, no whiskey, tasteless cocktails;
- problems with room cleaning;
- small lobby, no place to sit;
- few snacks;
- there is no animation, you can say there is none.
Overall, the hotel is good, probably the beach and the sea are one of the best. In its price range on this coast, it wins, the beaches of the neighboring hotels are tiny and crowded.
For adequate money, I would even come back here.

After a little doubt, I still gave the hotel a rating of 5, since the hotel is trying very hard, I have not seen such participation and diligence on the part of the hotel management before, it is immediately clear that the hotel wants to reach another level of services, managers of different levels everywhere – in the bar, in the restaurant, monitor the work of the staff. Yes, it doesn't work out all at once, but on behalf of the whole family, I express my great gratitude to the hotel and personally to Svetlana for how she tries to make the stay of guests at the hotel as comfortable as possible.
Location: the best among others, the hotel is very close to the beach, it was important for us that everything was accessible, you want the sea, you want the pool, you want the bar, you want snacks.
Check-in and room: arrival was early, but settled us only at 14, so it's better to prepare separate things for the beach at once and feel free to go to the spa, where you can change clothes, leave things in the closet under the key, then take a shower. We were given a room on the 1st floor, we had a paid view of the sea, but the sea is almost invisible from the 1st floor, I had thoughts of going to a respawn, but the children really liked the room, since you can go out from the balcony and go to the beach, in addition, there is a bar in the lobby and ice cream… We stayed in this room. The air conditioner was not cold, but one appeal to Svetlana – and on the same day it was adjusted for us, I did not have enough hangers for clothes, and literally within 15 minutes additional ones were brought directly to the room, water from the shower leaked to the floor in the bathroom, immediately after the appeal everything was done, the hotel responds to requests very promptly.
The beach is big, there are a lot of sun beds, but the most interesting thing is that they are occupied in the morning, but then in fact it is half empty, and half of the people are not there, but in general, even at 8.30 you can find a free sunbed. Who did not have enough, you can contact the hotel, I saw how people were carried to the beach. sun beds. If you look further, the beaches of other hotels are just an anthill, but ours is very comfortable. A common canopy instead of umbrellas is a good solution, I liked it more than individual umbrellas. We didn't go to the pool, only a couple of times the children rode the slides.
Food: there are snacks, ice cream, waffles, snacks, tortillas all the time during the day, sometimes there were failures in the schedule – for example, children go for waffles, but they are not cooked, this happened literally a couple of times. For breakfast, the standard set of food is like everywhere else, lunch and dinner are also varied, grilled sea bass was given almost every day (there was also mackerel), there were always watermelons from fruits, quite good, also very sweet apricots, apples, oranges (it's a pity that they were rarely chopped), nectarines were not enough. The waiters in the restaurant clean everything very quickly, they work smartly, once the son left the glasses – they put them aside and returned them safely when contacting, thank you very much, the glasses are not cheap by the way. The bars are also very nimble and friendly bartenders, children sometimes have small shows with ice and glasses, the youngest was delighted. The ice cream is quite tasty, it is always available from 11 to 16 in the pastry shop. We went to the fish alyakart, we really liked the fish – it was just awesome, but also in general a change of scenery – a quiet dinner without the fuss of a common restaurant.
Animation: during the day, almost every guest at the pool and on the beach is personally invited to participate in activities, in the evening there is always also a children's disco and an evening show (there were acrobats, a fire show, live music, karaoke).
I also want to convey my huge greetings (if you read the reviews) and many thanks to the team of water activities on the beach, very positive, funny, polite guys, a banana ride is just Top – I highly recommend it to everyone, some even go 2 times. Be sure to look at the photo later – you will definitely want to take it, an excellent photographer works in the team!
Regarding the spa services and the store: above in the reviews they complained about their obsession, but I did not notice anything like that, they offered it very politely once, they did not bother me anymore, it did not interfere with my rest in any way.

Lucky room, quiet room, garden view, 5211, on the second floor of the hotel, always fresh and cool. The sea is clean, salty, very warm and affectionate, we always choose pebble beaches, then the water is clear and not muddy. Sun beds under the shadows, we had enough, we are early birds, went to meet the sunrises at sea and occupied the sun beds. The beach is clean and well maintained. The main restaurant was pleased, the dishes are clean, without chips and stains, the waiters are great, clean dirty plates quickly, there is always a place. The food is of high quality, for every taste, and for a diet you can find dishes, steamed vegetables, boiled with broth, a lot of stewed meat and vegetables, well, the whole standard Turkish set of dishes. Water is always available. You can eat all day, it's not usual for us, but hamster lovers will be happy all day, Turkish tortillas, waffles with chocolate and fruits, fries, etc. and so on.
Cleaning every day, good maids, very patient. I highly recommend downloading the Armas app, where you can order cleaning every day, change of linen every 3 days.
I would like to say the warmest words to the girl Yenisa, who works in a pastry shop, on ice cream. I haven't met such a positive, open person for a long time, with her smile and ice cream tastes better! I ask the management to mark the employee, she deserves it. Food, you will not stay hungry, but you can hardly call it tasty, fruits, vegetables are all available, meat is mainly poultry. The rooms, like the hotel in general, require thorough repairs, it feels like everything is very tired, but it's all greased up, rolled up and further into operation. What you need to be prepared for, if you have ordered a standard room and you are Russian, then you will be settled last, perhaps like us in the first 2 days on the 1st floor overlooking the entrance, where the ground level is higher than the window. The only thing that definitely impressed this sea, compared to the black sea, it is beautiful, clean, there is almost no debris with the waves, but for those who are not used to it, it is saltier than black, I had to buy swimming glasses, it stings my eyes very much. I liked the hotel!
We went in July with my husband: food, restaurant service, everything is very good! No frills, but worthy!
There is a good beach, a swimming pool, there are places, you do not need to take sun beds early.
For children: food, drinks, sweets (ice cream, pancakes, waffles, fruits) - that's enough!
There is a mini club, children's areas in the pool, for older children there are water slides with a separate pool! On the beach, there is a pier where you can swim in masks and watch fish.
The staff is friendly!
Imported drinks, for a fee, from the local we liked the white wine, which is offered in the fish restaurant (a la carte).
The animation is weak, but we didn't need it, quietly and calmly!
Suitable for a relaxing family holiday!
We plan to go there again, and already with the children!

I stopped by the hotel on 3/04/24, the first day of opening. A great team, a wonderful velcom -fountains were lit, champagne, strawberries were served, rooms with a balcony were given. In 2024, the hotel is cheating with rooms, you pay for the room, you arrive, and you are checked into an emergency room while you complain and wait for a replacement - someone moves out and after 2-3 days they give you a more or less habitable room, and so they go around. Most of the rooms are in disrepair! Neither reception nor guest relations are interested in guests, the food is really disgusting, this is the first hotel in Turkey in my 20 years of travel - where the cook will feed you only carrots and cabbage. Moreover, he puts carrots on a dish that is not directly cut, and whole cabbages to fill the space. And the most important thing is that this hotel accepts single men, 5-6 Tajiks and Uzbeks live in the rooms. There's a hotel full of them here. It's not very pleasant, they walk around and look at you. They won't allow themselves to do that with their own! I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, it's really at the bottom. The maids from Kyrgyzstan take all the bathroom accessories for themselves, so she won't put anything in your room. This is the worst hotel in Turkey.

We chose to have a small territory and close to the sea. We liked the rest, everything is compact and nearby. We visited this hotel in May 2024. Like it. The water was still cool, few people were swimming. We were with a 2-year-old child. There is a children's area for children, and there is also a public playground on the embankment. The promenade itself is good for evening walks. The food at the hotel is good and varied. Lots of grilling every day, including fish. The alcohol is all so-so. But in the evening they give bottled wine, a trifle, but it's nice (although also not the best wine, of course). We had a rest in May 2024. If we consider the rest as a whole, it is not a bad place. The food is varied, the bars are working properly. The menu changes daily, meat, poultry, fish. There are 3 water slides, open 2 hours a day. The sea is right next door, 50 meters from the hotel. There is a promenade where you can walk in the evening.
