You need to wait 30 minutes to exchange money. I would understand that there is a queue, but for some reason they accept new arrivals out of turn. In addition, two of the four booths are mostly operational. One employee is out of the office all the time, the other is on the phone all the time. In general, the exchange should work either separately or should be accepted faster. The five-minute procedure stretches for half an hour.
