I am inexpressibly dissatisfied with this branch: with the staff, the quality of service, and the organization of work in general. The service speed is unacceptably slow - the most backward experience I've ever had. Upon entering the branch, it seems that time has stopped: the atmosphere and work style are reminiscent of the 90s. The attitude of employees is also a serious problem: they often behave as if they are dissatisfied with their work, which directly affects the quality of customer service. All this discredits not only this branch, but also the name of the entire organization. I believe that a major revision is needed, from the training and approach of employees to the overall management and service model. Without system changes, this branch will continue to lose customers.
