I have been living in Yerevan for 3.5 years, the first summer everyone said that the power grids were old and they were being shifted. But it is impossible for one district to shift the information structure all three years. Electricity is expensive, and the service is "0" and the quality is much lower than average. It doesn't make sense to call 180. Either they don't answer stupidly, or they say that they will turn on the electricity in 5 hours, but in fact 8-12. Outages in the summer are almost daily. I would also add that for business, three-phase current has been laid for a year. I left an application for the address on Saryan Street last summer, I am in constant contact with them (as far as possible) and there are always some difficulties and delays. Disgusting.
