Under no circumstances, never buy anything here. Because if there is a problem, these people will say, "go sue me, you won't get anywhere anyway" (a direct quote from a certain David, who introduced himself as the store's director). The situation in short: I go in, choose shoes. I ask for size 45. Two girls, by the way, it's a sin to complain about their professionalism, they bring. The campaign tells the story of the brand. I try on shoes, they seem to fit well. I buy them and leave the store in them. After half an hour, I feel increasing pain and pressure. I'm surprised. I look at my legs - they are already in wounds. I look at the back of the shoe, and there is a stamp 44 printed there. And 45 is written with a felt-tip pen (see photo). I'm looking at the receipt… The size 45 is also indicated there. As a result, I wore shoes for 40 minutes. I come to the store the next day, because I bought it late in the evening, politely explain the situation, ask to exchange it for my size or make a refund. I leave the shoes for the "director to look at". I come the next day. Answer: "we will not change shoes, we will not make a refund, you yourself must be careful not to be deceived, go even to the police, even to the court, I will wait, let's go. You won't get anywhere anyway." They did not provide a document on the examination, saying that you yourself left the shoes in the store without asking. When I tried to write a statement addressed to the director, they rudely stated that they would not accept any statements, "we are not idiots, we leave you the opportunity to use the right of 14 days of refund. " P.S. If it were not for this tone and similar attitude, I would laugh, spit on everything and buy other shoes. But now there will be a statement and everything that follows.
