Upon purchase, it was announced that in case of illness, you can work out a lesson in the studio offline.However, this is not the case. I reported being ill and unable to attend classes, and the studio's owner, Olga, offered me in correspondence to buy the next class subscription. Question: how can I buy the next subscription if I am ill and do not understand at all at the beginning of the illness what and how, I would like to recover, not train (I had acute bronchitis and my physical condition, to put it mildly, is not very good). After being ill for 3 weeks, I reported my recovery and came to work.. However, I was refused, saying that I could work either online (which requires buying the next subscription), or with the immediate purchase of the next subscription with her. When I asked her to pay for the subscription for the next month with an EPIP during the day, either at the next lesson, or to leave an advance payment, Olga categorically refused, demanding immediate payment, arguing that she had been deceived many times (why was this information given to me?). That is, I came to work out my lesson according to the terms of the subscription, as stipulated, but I was refused to work out. Draw your own conclusions: what worries this trainer and how much he will help you become healthier.
