I made an online order for this point. The goods have arrived. I came to pick them up on 16.08 - they closed earlier (at 17), there was no information about this on the website. There was a sign that said they were working from 10 p.m. on 08/17, I arrived after 10 a.m., there was a sign that they were working from 2 p.m., I waited, and when I returned, I found that 14 was crossed out and 15 was written on the sign. I arrived at 3:40 p.m. and there was a sign saying "the store is closed today." As for me, this is incompetence and piggishness towards customers. Why set a framework that you don't fit into yourself and the buyer has to rebuild their plans because of this?
