On 02/20/2025, I purchased a VST standard 6ST-60 battery, 560300054 L2-1 at 178B Partizansky Prospekt. When issuing the battery, the technical condition data was not checked, and the warranty card was not filled in. After installing the battery on the car, I performed 3 successful engine starts, after which the car stopped starting. On 22.02, I contacted the store where I bought the battery with a request to sort out this situation, to which I received a reply that checking the battery would take 14 days. But the employee of the ABC store did not accept and told me to come on Monday, because the seller who arranged the sale of the battery was not working that day. Please explain the seller's actions in refusing to accept the battery for inspection. On 24.02, the battery was accepted for inspection, and 2 weeks later the answer came that the battery was working properly. I do not agree with this decision. I had to buy another battery from another company because I use the car every day. Be careful, require that the battery be checked in front of you, at the time of issue. They refuse to refund the money.
