The most terrible auto parts store. This is not the first time that we have encountered the problem of incorrectly ordered spare parts. They brought the spare part DIRECTLY INTO the HANDS OF the consultant, removed it from the car and brought it!!!!! There was no stock as usual, the seller ordered, and what was the result? I ordered the wrong thing!!!! How can this be? A man was given a spare part in his hands, he turned it around and ordered something that did not fit the size! You can say that we may have brought a part that did not go to the factory in our car. But we had it in the car from the FACTORY! That is, the original one! I demand to finally solve this problem! We have never bought a suitable spare part in this store the first time, your sellers always sold the wrong thing. It's a nightmare, not a service. I don't have any patience anymore And the problem is never solved by management. Sellers are often incompetent here and are absolutely not polite to customers. There was a situation when the boss talked to us in a very rude way, about a year ago
