My retired parents, both over 70 years old, came to this store to buy a car compressor for 56 bel. We looked at it a couple of days earlier. The seller is Vladislav Ya. he persuaded them to buy another one, saying that this one was weak and wouldn't pump anything up. I brought another compressor from somewhere in the back room, but for 90 bel rubles. When asked to check its performance, he refused, saying that the store did not have such an opportunity. As soon as we went outside, we checked on him. The first time it was turned on, oil started to flow out of it. The request to make a reverse exchange was refused. I understand that the refusal is fully implemented in accordance with the law. But I think it's wrong and shameless behavior to "sell" expensive goods with questionable quality to pensioners.
