I ordered goods with pickup at the office on Nekrasova 7. They agreed that I would arrive around lunch, and it turned out that when I arrived at 12.03 that they had lunch in their office, which was not indicated anywhere - neither on the sign with the opening hours nor in the description of the store, nor on the website. No one answered the calls and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to come 2. When the employee Vladislav came, of course, no apologies followed, from his point of view it is absolutely normal that he went to lunch to eat and the client was waiting for him. He is convinced that this is what all companies do, because eating is sacred, Eh... He also reproached me that since I said at lunch it means at 14 o'clock (he understood the phrase that I would arrive around lunch), but not before. 3. And of course they didn't give me a check - only a warranty card, I think the tax authorities should pay attention to this separately. I think that companies with such a relationship to customers have no place in the market
