Excellent LCD. One of the best in Astana. The infrastructure is well developed. There's a clinic next door. There are many shops, pharmacies, cafes, etc. nearby. In this area, there are many schools and kindergartens for every taste and affluence. From public to private. From the simple to the elite. Under each house, there is a well-maintained and guarded Parking lot. Plus outdoor guest parking. A closed and safe courtyard for children. Video surveillance is provided. Excellent customer service. Brick houses are very warm in winter.

There used to be a good LCD, but not anymore! 1. The contingent of residents has changed, now mostly tenants live, respectively, no one cares about the integrity of the property of the residential complex. Because of this, the yard looks untidy and shabby, the children in the yard swear like cobblers, the tenants think about themselves, bags of garbage can be left in the entrance or near the entrance, cars are thrown haphazardly. They can block the passage to the parking lot and quietly go to the store. 2. Excellent audibility, you will always know what the neighbors are doing. 3. Service company, the quality of service has decreased over the past 5 years! But the service fee has increased! Previously, they provided a monthly report on what was done, now they only remind you about the payment, the parking lot is cleaned once a week, they used to warn you in advance that they would be cleaning and asked you to remove the cars, now they don't warn you, they just wash it quietly and that's it! And you have to pay for cleaning and parking security every month! As a result, if they wash the place 2-3 times over the whole year, it's good! There is no security at the residential complex, grandparents are sitting at the post, they can't do anything, teenagers from other yards climb into the yard and play football until late at night, making noise all over the yard. I don't recommend renting an apartment here! In a few years, everything has fallen into disrepair and dilapidated. If you take it, make sure that there is sound insulation or do it yourself, otherwise it will not be comfortable to live here.
