I ordered tea at the counter. After being waited more than 20mins, waiter came and said my order was not placed correctly. Need to train the staff and provide better quality of services, otherwise the price doesn’t match with this poor service…

The place is just super in all respects, 11/10. The best English breakfast in the city with a huge advance, world-class. The interior is very light and stylish. It resembles a good Dubai institution. Serving a nut latte in such a glass is a separate chic, very cool. In general, it is definitely worth going here, including holding meetings here. The location is very convenient. Prices bite (by Moscow standards), but what can you do.

We ordered espresso and Americano, the prices are relatively higher than in other establishments.
Of the advantages:
- Espresso was served in a double-layered glass cup, not everywhere coffee is served in this form, since espresso retains heat much longer and does not cool down quickly
- A double portion is already included in the price, the same price for a single shot or a double shot. The barista explained that the horn is double
- Very cozy and pleasant atmosphere, the waiters are all trained and very friendly
- Spectacular serving of drinks and bottled water comes with coffee, the price is included with coffee
Of the cons:
- Espresso is sour, a balance between tart and sour shades towards acids. I didn't understand what this was about, usually on the contrary, greedy baristas overdo it with bitterness. This is in order to save on grains and pass more water through the horn, which is overextraction and tablet bitterness appears. In my case, the sour taste is clearly felt.
My colleague ordered Americano (in general, it is a diluted espresso with hot water) and also noted that Americano is sour.
Conclusion:
In general, a pleasant cafe, prices are much higher than those of competitors in other establishments, but the spectacular serving of drinks, fresh and new interior left a pleasant impression.
Solid 4☆ since the espresso turned out to be unsuccessful.

Super service, the young man communicated so pleasantly, competently, helped with the selection of the menu - that you are just glad to have such a service with us! Be sure to try cocktails, here they are prepared according to their own recipe and taste great, you will feel the difference for sure. We tried a delicious salad, snacks, and liked everything. The dessert was also very good.

A weekday. The workload is minimal. I think there are six waiters on shift, but the speed of service is comparable to the speed of a turtle!
I was approached after 15-20 minutes as I sat down at the table. They gave the menu in silence and disappeared. Then they came to take an order for drinks and I asked for wet wipes. The napkins were brought in just as silently that I didn't even notice. And when the waiter came up and I asked where they were, he pointed out that he had brought them a long time ago. I asked about the speed of their work, he began to explain to me that he works alone on the terrace, and there are many guests (four tables on the terrace) and he does not have time. I asked for the bill and called the manager. They didn't even specify what I would pay with, and they brought me a check, threw it on the table and went off into the sunset again. I had to shout after him that I had a VISA and needed a terminal. But when the manager came, whom I had been waiting for 30 minutes, everything became clear to me. In this institution, boorish and disrespectful attitude towards guests is the norm. He waved his hand in front of my face and tried to calm me down, even though I was calm. They didn't even give me five kopecks to put in, because I was listening again to explanations about where the manager was and what he found out about me only five minutes ago. Bottom line: I left hungry, I wanted to give up drinks, but I took them with me, because I understood that at this place the order would not be canceled, but they would make me pay!

The manager does not have the skills to communicate with clients. I didn't know that you can't bring ice cream from the supermarket. I replied that we were visiting for the first time. Thank you that the boss understood us, but it's useless with the manager. I don't recommend this cafeteria at all.
