The deposit is not refunded! I strongly do not recommend this rental! On October 24, 2025, I rented a Kia Sportage for a day trip out of town. I got the car at the office in the shopping center "Abai" (they said they had recently moved). I signed the contract, but they didn't give me my copy — "so as not to waste waste paper." I paid the rent and the deposit of 50,000 tenge by transfer to the Kaspi card. According to the terms, the deposit had to be returned 10-14 days after the end of the lease, minus possible penalties. After 10 days, I wrote about the return — silence, they don't even read the messages. The next day I wrote again, but again there was no response. A day later, they replied: "Yes, we will refund it after 6 p.m. today," but the money never arrived. After that, it's completely ignored: neither calls nor messages are answered. Today is November 11 — 17 days have passed since the end of the lease, the deposit has not been returned. As a result, I draw the following conclusions: 1) The reputation of this distributor is worth 30,000 tenge — that's how much (including the fine) they have to return. 2) They don't keep their word. We agreed, but the agreement turned out to be one—sided - I'm the only one following it.
