Обратился по гарантии с ремонтом фрезера Elitech, который вышел из строя после второго включения. Мне перезвонили и сказали, что это не гарантийный случай(замена щёток) и потребовали заплатить за услугу. Я обратился к производителю и начался долгий процесс переговоров который длился три недели. Продавец мне вернул деньги, сервисный центр оставил фрезер себе, но потраченное на них время и нервы обошлись мне в цену этого самого фрезера.

По работе приходится часто ремонтировать инструмент - пользуюсь только этим сервисом, всё устраивает. Хороший прсонал и знающие мастера. В связи с популярностью сервиса могут возникать трудности с парковкой.

В этом сервисном центре, нет вообще ремонта по гарантии, неоднократно обращался туда, и постоянно ищут и придумывают нелепые отговорки, лишь бы не производить ремонт по гарантии, на всё у них один ответ, это не гарантийный случай.... Обращайтесь за горантийным ремонтом в другие сервисы, а этот обходите стороной..
