There is probably no worse company! Terrible service. To begin with, when placing an order (Wednesday), they said that the production of profiled flooring took 3 days, after payment, the service specialist declares to call on Tuesday (supposedly he will know more accurate information). After calling on Tuesday, they say to call back on Thursday-Friday. On Thursday, they say that they will be delivered only by Monday, but you can pick up the goods today at the factory, but first stop by to make a payment. We stop by, deposit the money and go to the production (~ 22 km), where they say that they have just sent the car with your order and need to return again. Upon returning to the warehouse, the specialist begins to respond with rudeness, "who are you anyway?" (although he had them an hour ago). Bottom line: a spoiled mood, a lot of time, fuel and plus prices are very high compared to the market, and the service is just bottom!!! No discount and refund of part of the funds were offered as compensation. I do not advise anyone to contact
